Semester 3 is officially over. Woah.

It’ll take more than a pinch, more than a slap, more than a splash of water to make me come to terms with the fact that Semester 3. has. ended.

It has been probably the busiest 4 months of my life. Looking back at these months which have passed feels as though I’m standing in a wind tunnel and all the flashbacks are just flying by me. All are visionary depictions with no sounds.

I haven’t been blogging religiously this year due to personal reasons so I think this blog post will serve as a reimbursement for all the memories I have not jotted down. Hopefully rereading this in the future will put a smile on my face, just like many of my previous posts (couldn’t believe I could sound sooooo bimbotic in them OHMAHGA!).

Roughly in chronological order:

#1  Taken at BBQ Plaza at one of those rare times I agreed to dine at a restaurant where I needed to be more than just a diner. I personally think I was pretty awesome at cooking meat on that grill thingy though.

#2 Taken at the Fire Drill in the middle of a lecture which was SO ANNOYING! We had to gather at the field instead of just running out of the main entrance which is just 3 steps away from our building. Oh! And sigh I am still so selfless.

#3 After this presentation, how is it possible to not place us among the Top 3 best Anatomy Practicals presenters? Remember the branches of the facial nerve, people?

#4 I love this photo! We all look so… studious.. NOT! Taken at Genting before the Midterm exam when PATRIK HO EK SENG suddenly decided to be compulsive and go up to Genting to.. *ahem* study. I believe I blogged about his true intentions.

#5 Taken right after the MidTerm Exams. JY and Yee Ping were totally matching that day! Their polo tees were the same shade of green AND they both had red jackets!

#6 I think this is a very pretty photo Taken at our first PCL Dinner at Tony Roma’s which Dr Robert paid for o.O Thanks Dr Robert!

Other than the fact that I’m totally deprived of clothes, the reason I’m wearing the same shirt as the one in the previous photo is because both photos were taken on the same day! But oh well, I wear my shirts way too many times anyway

#7 I adore this photo! Taken at The Coast the Friday after my birthday when Zoe and BFF brought me out for dinner. Oh! The rezzo was very 70′s and so was my shirt

#8 Evonnebabe and I at my other birthday dinner at the shop which is connected to San Fransisco Steakhouse (don’t go there! It’s so overpriced!) in Tropicana City Mall (remember the journey there, Evonnebabe?). But they did help us take a group shot and printed it right away! And that was the only group shot I have.

#9 Taken on the final day of rural visit. Possibly the most awesome 2 weeks of the year. Had a lot of bonding time with BFF And camwhoring sessions too

#10 Suki’s 21st. Possibly the most awesome birthday party. EVER. Possibly. Lots of food, lots of dancing, lots of singing, lots of fun.

#11 Back to work again. Taken while we were finishing the backdrop for ‘Shave Me, Save Me’. Reminds me of college days, staying back til 11 pm to finish projects and rehearse for performances AND NOT MERELY STUDYING.

#12 I love this photo! Taken on the actual ‘Shave Me, Save Me’ event day. Left most is Timothy. He went home bald that day. Catherine looks very pretty here imo

#14 Taken after SPC presentation. Jo’s holding the ‘HPV virus’ btw. Can’t be more glad that it’s over. We were pretty awesome

#15 Taken at our last PCL. We dressed up as rock stars. Can you tell?

#16 Taken on one of those days when I was so sick of studying. See the amount of books I borrowed from the library? Most of them would have had their time better spent in the hands of other people =.=

#17 Pat and Georgie after the End of Sem exam in … OMG I FORGOT THE NAME OF THAT PLACE! It’s near Carl’s Jr. Went there for Japanese Buffet

#18 Niyi and Cheryl at that same place. The buffet was only RM35 after discount! But I don’t think I took RM 35 worth of food. Took as much eel and salmon as I could stuff myself with though cuz that’s basically the only 2 japanese delicacies I favour to savour.

#19 Went to Colmar Tropicale, Bukit Tinggi later that night with mom and sis. Fell in love with the fresh air and lack of humans there. Small, cosy place with a French village theme to it. I love

#20 Second PCL dinner at Frontera. I officially dislike Mexican food too. So much beans!

Scared isn’t even the word. I am PETRIFIED.

The Year Ones had their exam today and I wish I could say the same End of semester exam is tomorrow and I AM SOOOOOOO NOT READY OMG OMG OMG OMG FML

Sigh I wish I would waste less time freaking out and actually do more studying =.=

Anyway, I’m supposed to take some time off my nonexistent free time to destress by pestering you guys blogging. The other day I got so bored of studying I started piling up my books and started to camwhore wth I am so weird I know. I wanted to take photos with my humongous pile of laundry too wth don’t judge me, but I finally concluded that it would be too disgusting.

ON A LIGHTER NOTE, I learnt something when I went shopping last week.

There are many things that you don’t have to try before purchasing; namely food and beverages, books, shirts, pants, shoes etc but SHADES are a must-try-before-buy item. I bought a pair of sunnies which make me look like a bug =.=

And my nose looks damn ugly here some more. I’ve been wanting to get aviators for quite sometime and I wanted cheap ones cuz I don’t think they’ll stay in fashion for long la. So when I saw this pair at this crazy sale I just grabbed it and didn’t bother putting it on beforehand because I was so tired from queueing up to pay already and the mirror was too far away.

But then again, they’re only SGD 5 lol. I hope they don’t spoil my eyes.

How’s everyone? [I never get tired of asking this seemingly rhetorical question (because no one ever answers ANYWAY) do I?]

I’m supposed to be studying really crazily hard now because I seriously need more more more more more more time OMG I’M FREAKING OUT AS I CONTINUE TYPING THIS but I still wanna continue blogging wth.

I hope you guys miss my photo-filled posts because after what seems to be 928924240480234 light years, I’ll be posting lots of photos once again! In this one, at least.

So yeah, I’m going to blog about my 19th birthday because it has finally sunk in that I’m 19 now. And not 20 wth. Hanging out with people who are older than me yet don’t act their age makes me feel so… old. Sigh.

I was still 18 Now I feel so sad that I’m no longer 18 T________T If I were to stay at an age forever I would choose 17 wth because that’s the year that I evolved the most, I think. Anyway, let’s not be emo (because I have an emo post saved in my drafts about to see the light) and talk about my birthday celebration because birthday celebrations are supposed to be happy and jolly and torturous for the birthday boy/girl which makes everyone happy because it’s a twisted world out there *dark eyes* wth

But I digress.

So after church that day Nick suddenly became all non-fickle-minded and decided to drive off for lunch very aimfully which was totally unusual of him. It’s as unusual as seeing a double decker bus parading ON the South China Sea, as conspicuous as witnessing Patrik having a nasty thought, as rare as seeing me come in late for class

But I was too stupid to realise that he actually had something up his sleeve which explains why I was in utter shock when Rachel decided to hop into the car when we stopped in front of a building that looked exactly like the church Rachel goes to. Of course, the surprise didn’t just stop there. A few minutes later, Sarah, too, decided to hop on and join us for the very puzzling experience.

Then we finally got to place we were supposed to lunch at and started ordering our food *yawns* I like the place though But it has a name that just won’t stick to my brain. Like the many names of the many cell components that mystiquely appear in Physiology textbooks.

If I remember correctly, this was mine hahaha

Sarah’s chicken cordon bleu thingy which looked very appetizing but there was a layer of oil on the plate, which I presume is olive oil which is very healthy but I don’t remember olive oil being that yellowish in colour

APPARENTLY Nick and Sarah weren’t full enough so they decided to order more food.. and they held on to the menu for THE LONGEST TIME EVER trying to make up their mind, all the while noticeably trying to shield the menu from me =.= Then Rachel decided to help them choose and simply poked something on the menu and moments later, Nick got up to the counter to place the order himself.

Not long after all that, the waiter happily walks to our table and asked us something along the line of “Sir, for the cake, you want vanilla or chocolate?”

Ooops. Kantoi.

Then the crepe cakes came

I think the arrangement of the cakes were supposed to look somewhat artistic and creative o.O

Then we went off to continue mugging for the exam, something I should be doing now.

Happy birthday to me!

I think one of the downsides of changing your phone number is that you won’t be getting messages from your long lost friends during all the public holidays and birthdays etc. But thank God for Facebook (although quite a number of people got tricked by my April Fool’s joke and wished me on the 1st)!

So I got up and went for the 8am lecture (which is like.. so typical of me duh), then for the tutorials etc. Come lunchtime I had to attend the ‘Shave Me Save Me’ so I went to the LT yada yada yada then I decided to run out to grab lunch and tada I saw a bunch of people hanging things between trees outside the LT. Oh! It was for my birthday. Right. Still wanted to run to grab lunch but got stopped. So yeah, in the end, got no lunch and a whole bag of cream puffs o.O

For some reason, I think something happened that day cuz a lot of people weren’t in the mood for photos. So I only have these few photos for that day.

Surprise!

I’m blogging again! I don’t think I’ve been very productive today and I just cannot wait til we finish our stupid rural assignment.

Anyway, since I’ve got all my camera photos on my laptop, I shall upload random photos here just to, you know, get the ball rolling. For myself, at least.

Okay I forgot what this was but it’s Korean! I suddenly feel like having Korean food now And I don’t even like Korean food! (Yeah, add that to the list guys) Anyway, I remember going for dinner with Ka Mann and Zing Wen and 3 other guys who I didn’t even know at that time o.O Anyone up for Korean food for dinner?? It’s not cheap though Not even in Korea.
