Eating My Heart Out

Had a craving for fast food today so I went to McDonald’s and ate my heart out. Which is dumb because the only thing I liked on my tray was the fries. Wasted my arterial lumen space for nothing sigh.

Had a crazy thought of living a disciplined and healthy life all of a sudden. Thought to myself, why not start tomorrow? Which was also the reason why I ordered so much crap at McD’s just now. So tomorrow I’ll start cooking my own lunch and pack it to uni. I’ll call it the LunchBox Project! Let’s see how long it can last.

Had bedside with Dr Shwae today. He’s really awesome, but somehow when he starts talking about surgical treatment, I just zone out. Something in me still tells me that I don’t need to know the details of the surgery because to me, it’s still just cut and join to wherever that’s patent and functioning. I guess I’m still not adapting to my surgical posting yet.

Have no class tomorrow except a one-hour lecture at 5. WOOHOO!
